We make no claims as to the accuracy or usefulness of this product.
We are simply providing the consumer with an easy-to-read, formatted copy of the information currently contained in their credit files as provided by Experian, Equifax and/or TransUnion. CreditReport.com has no control over the information contained in consumer credit files.
No refunds will be made for incorrectly entered information. You must call 866-883-3309
prior to processing to correct the information.
You must speak with a representative. No emails or faxes will be accepted for corrections.
No refunds will be made for credit reports when one or more bureaus refuses to release information.
There are rare cases where one or more of the credit bureaus may have conflicting information in their credit file than the information provided by the consumer. In such a case, the credit bureau may refuse to release the information to us. You will still receive information from the responding bureau(s). You will be required to contact the non-responding credit bureau(s) directly to resolve the discrepancy.
I failed to complete my registration process. Will I be eligible for a refund?
If you did not attempt to complete the registration process, you must contact our customer service department at 866-883-3309 and a representative will help you complete your registration. Please be aware that at this point your order has been processed and charged to your credit card. All you have to do is establish your user name and password and log in to your membership. You will not be eligible for a refund.
I was not able to complete my registration process due to a technical error. Will I be eligible for a refund?
If you were unable to complete your registration due to a technical error, you must contact our customer service department at 866-883-3309 and a representative can assist you. If a representative is unable to complete your registration process, a refund will be given.
I didn’t pass the online authentication process. Will I be eligible for a refund?
If you failed the authentication process and couldn’t view your credit report online, you must contact our customer service department at 866-883-3309 and a representative will assist you. Here at CreditReport.com, we are committed to safe guarding your identity. We enforce a strict authentication process that you must successfully complete in order to view your credit report. There will be no refunds for those individuals that do not attempt to complete this process. E-mail and fax cancellations are not accepted.
I tried to purchase a credit report for someone other than myself and failed your authentication process.
When you placed your order, you agreed to the following:
"Under FCRA laws, any person who knowingly and willfully obtains a credit report under false pretenses (for example getting a credit report on an individual without their permission), shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both."
We are not authorized to provide credit reports for anyone other than the consumer requesting their credit report. In other words, we cannot provide reports to anyone for any business purposes; for your ex-spouse; etc. The person whose report was ordered must contact our customer service department at 866-883-3309.
Credit Monitoring/Score Tracking
You may cancel your free trial of credit monitoring/score tracking with no obligation at any time during your trial period.
If you decide to cancel within your trial period, you will not be charged
and your free products are yours to keep. You may cancel your membership
at any time after the trial period but may not be eligible for a refund
of the current month's membership fee. If you have selected to upgrade to
receive credit monitoring/score tracking (not a free trial), you will be given a three
day period in which to cancel your service. Your credit card will not be

Ongoing Services.
If you have ordered an ongoing service on a monthly or annual basis, you authorize CreditReport.com to bill your credit card each month or year, at the current rate, unless you contact CreditReport.com at 866-883-3309 to cancel your order.
NOTE FOR ALL ORDERS:
You are authorizing CreditReport.com to obtain credit information solely for the purpose of accessing your credit report to verify your identity and personal review of your credit file. Under FCRA laws any person who knowingly and willfully obtains a credit report under false pretenses shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both. ANYONE VIOLATING THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
